Professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with! Roxanne and Ray were excellent at communicating throughout the entire process, both by phone and email. We had all the windows in our house done, and we absolutely love the results. We've received so many compliments from friends on our blinds! Roxanne and Ray are excellent to work with. We phoned around for quotes and SaskBlinds was the best price hands down. We moved houses a year and a half later and used Roxanne and Ray again for our new house. Would highly recommend.
Company was great to deal with customer service and communication was TEN OUT OF TEN! install was extremely clean and done on time.
I did not have a good experience working with Roxanne or Ray from Saskblinds also known as R&R Blinds. First of all, I found Roxanne difficult to connect with while scheduling a quote (should have been my warning flag and won't happen again). Second of all they provided blinds I did not like or want, apparantly what I wanted they could not provide but that was never communicated to me.
