I booked cleaning services for 2pm. At 15 mins after 2 I called the service. I was told the cleaner would be late and would be there between 3:30 and 4. No one let me know ahead of time. The cleaner showed up at 4:15. She was bossy and nosey and actually kind of rude. She offered me an extra 1/2 hour at no charge. She didn't clean the bathroom.
