Paid 12.04.25, seven snow falls no show! Laim excuses they claim they wrote address wrong 4 digits on 3 digit crescent. Could take up to five days heavy snow, last one was heavy not first 6. As of 12.20.25 no show. Asked for refund more excuses? Yet I know another customer, gets cleaned the next day? After snow fall??

I hired Service For Seniors to do my sidewalks. First snow fall they "never" showed up. I had to hire someone to shovel my snow because I was snowed in. I phoned them and asked what is going on and could they come and do my back sidewalks so I could take out my garbageq..NEVER showed up EVER. I had to hired someone at an extra cost that is more reliable. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions with no response. As I have come back to the province and over a week after the first major snow fall They still have not shown up. They have been phoned a few times and PROMISED to show up days ago and still have not seen a soul. Thankfully I was here about a month and able to take care of this but even her neighbour has not seen them and also can not remove her own snow and has a contract with them.
