Excellent Customer service, ordered part for tool, was not quite right as different versions available, got me a different on that worked with no hassles and fast turnaround.
I just picked up my Ryobi lawnmower that was in for repairs under warranty. I was very impressed that It took just over a week for them to do the repairs & have the warranty approved! Everyone I encountered from dropping it off to picking it up were extremely friendly! Will definitely use them again & highly recommend them. From my experience I don’t know why the few negative reviews, But the positive ones do outweigh the negatives!!
This place was great. My pottery wheel was broken and I had looked all over town for parts for it and ended up ordering them online. After putting the wheel back together it still wasn't working so I knew it was time for professional help! I took the whole thing into them and told them what I thought the problem was. The brushes were broken. They were able to fabricate a new set for me and get it back to me the next day (they couldn't put it back together because I forgot to bring in a couple parts). Colin and the staff are absolutely amazing. Came into Saskatoon with a Hail Mary fix needed pronto on a small compost toilet fan. They did it in one day and were so kind and helpful. If you are looking for trusted service and a trustworthy business in Saskatoon, this is your place.
