I share the experience of many negative reviews , 2 phone calls and 1 e-mail with no response,then 2 calls to Ridgid warranty before finally had my drill shipped. They sat on the shipping label for 13 days before locating it and looks like they took their time to call Purolator. Terrible company for communication and follow up service, better to buy a new drill then dealing with them.
