Great experience working with Issac and his team for a custom ring. He is responsive via email. He showed me a diamond he had, and was respectful when I decided to purchase my own diamond from third party to set. I brought my diamond, emailed him photos of the design we wanted. After a few not-so-great experiences at some of the shops in the area, Sashka was just what we wanted; Isaac and his assistant were helpful, attentive, and so adept at guiding us through what to consider when finding the perfect piece of jewelry to commemorate our love story.
