I worked for this company. I gave my 💯 and more. Unfortunately the boss didn't appreciate my foreman and the rest of our crew. He didn't want to buy the right tools so we can perform a good job. He will aways complain about everything and always accused us of his mistakes. Unfortunately he doesn't know how to run a good business. Didn't even provide us with blue prints. This company is not managed well, constantly hiring and firing people. The turnaround rate at this place is ridiculous. In a period of 4 months I witnessed 3 foreman and two project managers quit. Sending personnel out to jobs with out dated shop drawings, usually not approved yet so it's guess work.
