Absolutely amazing service!!! Sasha’s shop has taken care of me more than once. He fixed the AC on my 2001 Dodge Ram quickly and professionally—it’s blowing ice cold now! Had a little issue a couple months later, and he took care of it. He has also diagnosed a couple of our other cars, and every time he’s been honest, accurate, and transparent about what needed to be done. No upselling, no games—just a real mechanic who knows their stuff.
I’ve taken my Infiniti q60 to Sasha a couple of times now. He is always professional and honest when discussing the vehicle issues and his prices are reasonable. He’s quick and reliable, usually completing the repairs the same day.
My husband won’t leave reviews but I wanted to because Sasha took such good care of my husband’s 2010 Challenger! We had bought this car a week before and upon fill up it smelled so heavily of gasoline we felt sick. My husband was pretty sure it was the fuel pump, but wanted a mechanic to handle it on his new car instead of fixing it himself. My wife had a knocking noise in her Toyota Camry, Sasha went out of his way to find the noise and fixed it!! He was extremely fair on parts and labor. It's nice to find a Good and Fair auto shop in Royse City!!!!!!
