Dr Spencely is so very friendly and personable that she makes you feel like her friend, not a doctor. She explains everything very well and makes sure you understand everything before you move forward. Her use of technology at office appointments (lap top, ipad, etc) to log everything is very welcomed and she can show you pictures of devices, etc., to help you understand what she is describing. Dr. Spencley is wonderful! She is very kind, and she truly listens to you! I had to bring my little grandson to a couple of my appointments with her and she made sure to have stickers for him of his favorite characters. She even got down on the floor to play with him. Her assistant Lonnie is also very sweet and kind.
