Dr Joseph and his office were really good people, including the navigator RN, Julie. He was clear about my wife, Amy’s, diagnosis and laid out what he thought the plan should be. Mind you, his job is not easy for a number of reasons, not the least of which is dealing with patient spouses who may expect miracles. He showed he cared, his office showed incredible empathy.
