Dr. Aleksandra is absolutely phenomenal. Her office is immaculate and staff is incredibly gracious and personable. I was able to secure a last-minute acupuncture appointment to help my body to go into natural labor at 41 weeks pregnant, avoiding an induction. I am forever grateful to Dr. Aleksandra for helping my body do what it was naturally designed for. I went into labor 16 hours after my appointment and had a beautiful natural birth.
Poor bedside manner from the doctor and the authenticity of the receptionist was questionable. As soon as the doctor walked in she questioned my partner who was only there for support and not the consultation. Questioned their health and doctors. When I asked the doctor to switch attention to me, the person inquiring about the process and the person who filled out all of the personal health forms, we were immediately asked “how exactly can I help you?” We knew at that point that this was not going to go well.
