I am reviewing the quote, since I paid $250 + gst for it. The windows were not measured and all the prices were quoted in units of $10k. The overall quote was 69% higher (which worked out to be $40k!) more than another quote from what appears to be an equally reputable company.
Scott from Sash window restoration was a pleasure to deal with. I am currently restoring a 150 year old Victorian home and thought the original sash windows were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Scott assured me that he would be able to be them back to their former glory. I was absolutely delighted with the result. He did an amazing job and his attention to detail with the brass sash fasteners and pulls was spot on. I highly recommend Scott and his team from Sash windows restoration.
