Nate did an incredible job repairing our sash window where not only had the cord snapped but the window itself had been painted shut! His ingenuity saved us from a long (and suspect expensive!) process of getting said window unstuck. He was friendly, professional and obviously cared deeply about the work he was completing. His quote was very reasonable and feel he 100% delivered. I would highly recommend his services and will be passing on his details to my neighbours just in case ever needed. Thanks Nate!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on our experience from just over a year ago. The initial quote to the verbal quote onsite and then during the job was increased mid-project without anything changing. We specifically requested four double-hung windows to be freed up and draught-proofed. However, upon completion, I noticed significant air still coming through and when questioned, was told "it's impossible to draught-proof as the house needs to breathe" - contradicting the service we had paid for. Nate was extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole process from when we first contacted him until job completion. He came around and worked efficiently and methodically on our two windows and we are thrilled with the result!

Nate is amazing! Came to the rescue when an incompetent handyman, after numerous attempts and many days, could not fix our sash windows and actually made matters worse. I wish we had of found Nate first. Nate completed the job in no time with precision and perfection and all with a smile and his down to earth personality.
