I’ve come to Sash for resizing and prong tightening and his work has always been detailed and efficient. It has been about 2.5 years since I got my engagement ring taken out but it seems as though where the band was soldered was too thin, and this past weekend the metal cracked clean through (not sure how). I’m disappointed because I have always had a good experience here, but now I do not feel confident about returning to get it repaired again.
Sash is incredible! He fixed a broken prong on one of my rings way cheaper and way faster than anyone quoted in this area!! Very no frills and efficient
