This is my first cat going through a spay procedure. She is a female cat so I was really nervous about the whole process. Claudia helped us and was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She made everything feel so much less stressful than I expected. The entire staff was incredible, from the front desk to the vet who took such great care of my cat.
