My husband booked an appointment and test drive for a specific car at 12.30 today. Got there on time. Whilst waiting to be seen at the counter a family came past us as towards the car we had booked to see. Then then took a photo and of it and got in, and presumably took it for a test drive. We then got booked in and was told the staff member was on a test drive and would be available in 10 minutes. I am so disappointed with this staff at this location they lied to me about several things but now I understand that they lied to me that the car was with one(1) key from an Audi dealer they inform me the vehicle comes with 2 keys ,that means they hold the key can unlock your car and take it away and do it with organized group many of the car dealers like these are imams and spin miles as well,arrogant attitude of the manager and not accurate communication
They’re happy to sell you cars in awful condition. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
saw a BMW on Sascron’s website that I liked the look of so phoned and got speaking to Isaac who is one of their sales team. He was very helpful answering all my questions and sending me a video of the car I was interested in. When speaking to Isaac I explained I was travelling all the way from Glasgow and he said he would reserve the car for me. When myself and my brother arrived at Sascron to view the car I was absolutely delighted with the condition of the BMW and after the test drive I told Isaac that I would buy the car.... read more
