Awful experience once we arrived. We felt bamboozled and were shown the car in a very dimly lit showroom. The car was driven in and the seats were soaking wet. Rececca was holding a spray furniture Polish, which she said she had used on the seats. Only once we were home and the seats had dried food we realised that it had been a ploy to disguise badly mildewed seats, front and great! Rear seat belts had been chewed away by a dog or dogs. Wanted to charge me extra to prep the car
I had a horrible experience with this dealership and would strongly advise everyone to stay far away. From the moment I arrived, there were red flags everywhere. They refused to take card payments, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. Tried to convince me to back transfer the deposit. Steve and Jorden - Both the staff member and the manager were extremely rude and arrogant when I tried to ask basic questions. Car hadnt been serviced in 2 years . Was told I couldn't test drive it unless I agreed not to negotiate on price, quote "Its not gonna happen". I walked in as a cash buyer but Im not willing to take such an unreasonable risk. The chap wasnt unpleasant but equally not particularly welcoming. The actual lot itself is lovely. Id go literally anywhere else if I were you.
