Warning not to buy anything from this company they are disingenuous and dishonest, Cordian promised us a spare key for the 72k Etron if we purchased but it might take a week or 2. Since then we have chased multiple times to collect the new key, each time we have called we get nowhere. On the last attempt the sales person on the phone practically laughed in our faces. Not the service you expect after spending £72,000 on a high end vehicle. Disgraceful service.
Very disappointing experience. Visited this dealership recently and was extremely let down. The salesman was incredibly pushy from the start, constantly trying to upsell us on finance options and extended warranties without even properly introducing the car. There was a very condescending tone throughout the conversation, making us feel like we weren’t serious buyers just because we wanted to take our time. Simon was extremely helpful and clearly explained the finance options to me and how it would work for me and was open about the options available to me. At all stages of the process he made me feel comfortable. I would be more than happy to work with Simon again.
