I have never in my life been so disappointed. You think you’re coming into a trusting and professional place, yet you are met with abhorrent and rude behavior. Will never return. There is a warm place in hell for some of the staff here. You may think i’m overreacting but just you wait until you seem the demons they have scattered through the halls.
We had a wonderful experience with the surgeon Dr. Kenneth Alleyne. He was extremely personable, kind, and helpful through the whole process and you can tell he truly cares for his patients. Although the rest of the staff members seemed to lack basic bedside manners. When in the waiting room asking questions to the anesthesiologist about the post operation care, we were met with a condescending attitude and insensitivity to the language barrier. Nurse staff was kind but I had issues with the billing people and the director Aaron. I found them super rude and not focused on customer care at all. They want their money and don’t care about working with you at all. They charged me for extra time in surgery and “charged my card on file” without my permission. I spent almost week stuck at home — couldn’t walk, couldn’t stand - because of the pain I contacted Sasco Hill Surgery in desperation, and honestly, Dr. Gadzik completely changed everything. He saw me the same day, did the procedure right away, and took care of it immediately . It really shocked me (in the best way)! how kind, respectful, and caring all team was / Just real, honest help ;) For the first time in a long time, I got back my hope into medical system thank you Dr. Gadzik and the team =)
