The only problem I saw was if docks are full and there’s a truck inside their parking lot, is quite hard to get in. I opted out to wait outside with my flashers on till a door was available. Backed into a door at 1pm for a 2pm pick up apt. Very polite & friendly gentleman came out and told me once they’re done loading, he’ll come out with BOL. Sure enough, 45 mins later he came out and I was done by 2pm
2 hours of loading time and no rest room for drivers not even a Porta potty just told to hold it company's that do this are just sorry
Easy process. Back up to an open dock. Bring your B.O.L. to the shipping office. Lunch. 12 till 1pm
Says open at 8am they didn't show up until after 8:30 and two hrs to get loaded friendly people though
