Management district Manager is way out line!!! SAS needs to replace Tyler in Idaho! He is the most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. I never leave public reviews but it's the truth! I feel so bad for the staff in Meridian! Over worked staff, Tyler doesn't care about humanity. This is my true experience with this company!
Our simple breakfast took 45 minutes to get to the table and then my pancakes had black long hair on top. When I complained about it, they brought me burnt pancakes for replacement. I was so disappointed and grossed out!
