We contracted with SAS Lawn & Snow Services this past spring to clean up, weed, trim, edge and mulch our flower beds. Two untrained family members showed up to do the job. They did not weed before putting the mulch down. They did not trim the shrubs or hedges that was included in the estimate. A machine was used to cut the edges around the beds and they did not remove the cut turf. The edges are not distinguishable at all even after I pointed out the issue.
