Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! They even had free snacks. ย
So this experience was a nightmare. The young lady had us to deliver the wig prior to installation and that was the first thing that was sketchy. One the day of installation now all of a sudden the wig isn't the same quality it's burning as she's trying to straighten it. So she now has to just flat iron it instead of styling it as promised. She asked if she should continue we said yes, because didn't have a backup plan. Upon installation she severely damaged my daughter's ear, she felt some pain but thought nothing of it.
