Dr. Sarwat Waraich has been a phenomenal Psychologist to work with. She was there for me through many harsh times this year - it’s not easy to find comfort in talking with someone and opening up about your life. For the last year, I have worked with Dr. Sarwat and it feels like talking to a friend. A friend who somehow knows everything about you— even the things you never meant to say out loud— but still manages to not judge you for any of it. Our sessions have this effortless, conversational vibe, like we are two people chatting on a couch, catching up… except one of us is professionally trained to notice when the other starts to put their guards up or avoids their feelings with a well-timed joke or witty remark. Ms. Sarwat Waraich is my second therapist who worked with my issues. From the beginning I already felt that she will be different from the first therapist. She listened well and connected with what I’m going thru in life and she showed genuine empathy. there are not enough words to describe how helpful and wonderful. Sarwat was for me personally, and for my husband, and I and our marriage! She gave us tools that we could rely on and go back to when we found ourselves having issues in between appointments. Her kind and calm manner was so easy to listen to and made it. So helpful for us to Glenn. The information that we needed without judgment. Ian, no we feel like the reason we first went to her has improved so drastically.
