ZERO STAR!!!!! I have been trying to get this damn dude to fights my hot water heater for a damn month. He came out and found the problem and said he was gunna call in a week never did so I texted he didn’t text me back for 2 another week after i had re texted him. We were on a family vacation in the San Antonio Texas area and lost power to half of our outlets and one ac. I spoke with the owner, and he was extremely helpful over the phone, and after some troubleshooting, we were back up and running again. This owner put people before profits this day, and I'll be sure to call them in the future with any needs and plan to give them my business.
