Excellent service! He explained everything clearly, worked professionally, left the site spotless, and did a wonderful job.
Sarv came to our home at our request to talk about Heat Pumps in general, TOSOT models, Senville models, warranties etc.and he fully and honestly explained COP efficiencies, and set points where the heat pump can no longer provide heat in a cost effective manner, and will automatically switch over to your back up source of heat. My furnace got busted in later winter. Sarv was quickly able to come and find the issue. He installed new furnace next day at a very reasonable price.
