I’ve had Sarte replace 3 furnaces in my rentals through the hydro program. They replaced a furnace in another rental of mine yesterday. We were approved for a furnace on Sunday. Sarte showed up at 830 am on Monday to confirm what material is required with the intention to install on Tuesday. Sarte technicians informed us that they could install Monday afternoon by Monday night my tenants had heat. Amazing service ! Having a company I can depend on that is honest definitely helps my rental properties run smoothly.

I had a leak coming from my furnace. Sarte sent in a professional who was able to identify the problem and have it fixed quickly at a very reasonable cost.

I had a problem with my AC for over a year. Had another company come last year and told me it was fine and changed the thermostat to a new one. It still very low cooling and then this year had them come out again, they cleaned the ducts and said it would help. It did not and again cost me money for nothing. Decided to try Sarte because of reviews and I am so happy i did. They came same day and found out it was a relay in my furnace needed replacing. They ordered it and replaced it the next day. Sarte installed our airconditioning unit and has been doing the maintenance. Recently, we heard pitch fork sound coming from the vent and messaged them about it through their social media account. I was surprised to get a prompt response late at night. We were able to figure out where it was coming from and eventually resolved the problem. I then booked my cleaning and maintenance after. The technician came on time and did a great job in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
