thanks for restoring our furnace to normal operation Mike is great we had another outfit look at it over the holiday season and they were trying rip us off their bill was over $1000 and your bill was 75% less great work guys

Had them replace all the poly B plumbing with pex in a place we had just bought. I had no issues with the quality or price of the work but, I would think the company could supply some disposable boot socks or whatever you want to call them. Also after one tech was under the mobile for the first half of the job they traded for the 2nd half. I get why they did it but it didn't make me feel any better that now the tech who was wet from laying in the dirt and water underneath was now working inside. Terrible experience, use someone else!!! Prompt service, however that is being kind, dealing with administration is awful, rude, and not professional I believe Kathleen is her name. I wouldn't recommend using them due to the customer service, hard to reach, say they send you the invoice and they send it to the wrong email address and threaten to take the part out and state that the house will be hot all summer.
