Dont bother wasting your time with Khadeja. Ultimately, I did not want to leave a negative review and hesitated in doing so. Given the circumstances following a pattern of unfavorable events, I believe it’s only fair to caution others from wasting their time and money or time with this person. I professional. Stylist JulieAnn never showed. When I texted her (after standing outside for 20 min & rang bell, texted 2x, & called 2x) about missing appointment, all she did was make excuses & try to blame me. No receptionist. Multiple signs not to knock or ring doorbell more than once. So if you want to stand on BR Avenue, freezing, & hope your stylist lets you in or is even there, try this horrible place.
This review is on Joe Camp/Smith at Salon Lofts in German Village. I needed a cut and color. My hair color is Strawberry Blonde, I just needed the color enhanced and the gray covered. I showed him a picture of a reddish/blonde color that I wanted, what I got was a brown color that is no where near the color I asked for. He was distracted with other things and I was not his focus. Hard finding trusting someone when it comes to hair, but Alli executes my hair every time. Whether it’s a color, cut, extensions I always get compliments on either or all three. Will be going to her for as long as I can!
