So I got a gift card and hadn’t been to Sarpinos for a while so I ordered a pepperoni pineapple thin crust the pineapple tasted real funny and there was tons of it and it’s juice on the pizza it wrecked the whole pizza I called and asked them to check the fruit and they said it was fine that’s bull I spent my whole gift card here was very hungry and I hope I don’t die from that rancid pineapple!!! I’m just out a pizza they did not offer to replace of course because like he said it’s fine. I will never come here again!
Cash delivery order. Driver spoke no English and had no change. Maybe she did have change but since I do not speak Spanish she couldnt understand my request for $3 in change. I gave her $40 on a 32.55 order, she got a $7.50 tip. Wings were overcooked.
Ordered online and went through the process. At the end it gave an error message about my payment. Checked my bank account and it took my payment. Called location to verify order. No order and edgar who Answered told me he was too busy to help. Took information and rushed off the phone. Very inconsiderate behavior and response. Unfortunately no food but took my money. Very poor service.
I ordered 6 extra large pizzas on Friday evening. Upon delivery all of them had slid to the front of the boxs leaving half of each pizza smashed. I called to let the store know. They asked if I was able to restore the pizzas. I told him no. He put me on hold to "talk to the manager" then came back to say he could remake the pizzas or offer a partial refund. Pizza was good but you can't even go in the store. You have to wait outside for your order. What a great neighborhood.
