Rating: ☆☆☆☆ Title: I successfully sued the management here (the pizza is still losing). I am a reasonable person. I have dealt with banks reporting 166% math errors and debt collectors chasing ghosts, but nothing prepared me for the absolute logistical dumpster fire that is this Sarpino’s. I ordered a pizza on Uber Eats & ordered a side of marinara & a side of peppers & didn't get either of those 2 items. Good thing Uber eats refunded me $7 bucks, but was kind of disappointed.

The "Failed Dreams" Breakdown: • The Vibe: Tastes like a 2:00 AM existential crisis delivered in a box that’s soggier than your childhood aspirations. • The Texture: A crust that has given up on the concept of structural integrity. • The Aftermath: You don't digest this pizza; you negotiate with it.
This place used to be an institution. Back in 2019 I was frothing at the mouth for sarpinos from this locations. Since then it’s gone down hill and something is off with the mouth feel and flavor of the pizzas. I have tried from other locations as well and this one just doesn’t hit the mark even remotely. Unless you’re hungry and other places aren’t open don’t even waste your money. It used to be so much better and that’s what disappoints me
Placed an order for delivery tonight. The order was for $23. When the driver arrived, they attempted to charge me $35! I showed them a copy of my receipt from the purchase and the would not honor the price they provided during the order. Be careful of the bait and switch pricing!
