Kevin was really nice and professional. The place is very clean.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Ordered for delivery for lunch and it took almost 1 and 1/2 hour to get my food. When I got it, the pizza was so cold, burned, and hard! I try to give establishments a chance and unfortunately this is the 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience. If you order from here PLEASE pick it up.
I paid $7 for cold, unsalted waffle fries. They came in a box and combined with the condiments only filled about 1/3 of it
Let me just start this by saying I LOVE SARPINOS, that was until…. I had a terrible experience with Sarpino’s after trying their Crab Rangoon pizza. Within minutes of eating it, I became violently ill and threw up. I contacted the store the next day (they were already closed when I got sick), simply asking if I could exchange it for a regular cheese pizza.
