Super nice guy, but lacks the skills as a trial attorney. He fleeced me for well over $7K with what should have been an easy case to win for a stalking order, I was being stalked. Unfortunately, he did not present my case as planned....basically he was fumbling, froze in front of the judge. Sadly, I may be killed by stalker as this attorney let the opposing attorney walk all over me, and him with false statements. If your life depends on an outcome DO NOT depend on this attorney. I imagine he is a good immigration attorney.
I'm very thankful with lawyer Yashar because he helped my son in a very hard case that he had and I expected the worst but thanks to him my son got the minimum charged for my son and a very good opportunity for him.
