I have been gong to him for over 19 years. This is the first doctor to really care. When I need him he is there. I worked for GP's and Specialists alike for many years. This doctor cares. when something was serious, he continued to call until I contacted him.
The doctor at this medical group is fantastic. It's his friend friend office staff. I have an issue with especially the individual who is paid to answer and the phone. I do not know what this person's major malfunction is but they are incompetent at their job. You can never get them on the phone and their online portal usually never works so trying to get an appointment with this doctor is almost in impossible. I am sorry to say - this was the absolute. Worst experience experience I’ve had in health care - from the stern receptionist to the arrogant doctor - terrible experience - receptionist scolded me doctor laughed at my blood pressure me - jerks
Dr Christopher Chopcian is dismissive, arrogant doctor that misdiagnosed me twice .. first, claiming my bicep muscle was the problem when it was actually my rotary cuff in June 2026 … Then again in October 2026, he diagnosed me with a fractured hip, that did NOT exist.. October 2026 I had a ultrasound and x-rays done on my left hip due to pain and lose of mobility .. The radiologist recommended CT scan.. Very Poor Customer and Administration Response. Changed my appointment doctor without even informing me. Very poor management. You need to wait outside during lunch hours.
