Doctors are good, thorough & professionals. Building is nice & clean. Can’t say the same about the rest. Booking & Reception needs improvement. On face value it seems a good money-making business with little time or room for patience, kindness & compassion expected of a medical profession.
Applied to be a patient called to inquire, the woman answering the phone was totally unwilling to help and rude. Wouldn't even try to look for my application. I was seeking mental health help and she did not care one bit.
This clinic should care about all the low reviews! I had to quit here. Our doctor walked out of our appointment after I mentioned my opinion on COVID jabs.
These people are not to be trusted they got rid of my doctor and sent a bunch of false emails saying he was deported to some people and other letters sent that he lost his license and was no longer able to work at this facility when that had nothing to do with the situation they made him work out of the pharmacy made everyone sit in steel chairs that made everybody uncomfortable and when he asked for more comfortable chairs they said no and said even when he gets his own office he still will work for them.
