I had the best experience at Sarnia Home Respiratory Service. When I walked in the door without an appointment I was greeted cordially and professionally. The receptionist was very helpful and funny. She immediately set me up with a therapist to help me with my first CPAP purchase. The therapist, Crystal, was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the complete purchase and operation. I am so glad I chose this business from the three that were suggested to me in Sarnia.
The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They helped me find the right mask and equipment for my needs and explained everything clearly, from setup to maintenance. Completed Ministry of health forms and assisted with my health insurance benefits.
