Recently I bought a mattress, box spring and mattress cover from here. My husband and I were told by Tom that if we did not like the mattress we were going to purchase we had 2 weeks to a month to return for a full refund. I called 2 1/2 weeks later (last week) and told Tom the mattress was not for us, too hard. He said there is nothing he can do about that and claimed he never promised us any such thing.
