Top notch cleaning and fast delivery – I've lived in the South End for 10+ years and Sarni Cleaners has been around as long as I can remember. All my neighbors use Sarni Cleaners. They also do a great job with the dry cleaning, and if you need same day delivery, you definitely should try them. Their service is fabulous.
Best shirt cleaning – Sarni Cleaners is most dependable when it comes to pickup and delivery. I have my shirts cleaned regularly by them and they always use the right amount of starch so that the shirt is really crisp. For a really professional look, you need to go to them. They are also very careful to check your buttons and any loose threads.
NOT RECOMMENDED! – Terrible job cleaning my clothes to the extent of ripping my dress, rude employees, dirty premises. Save your money and go elsewhere!
WORST cleaners I've ever encountered – I've tried out several cleaners since I moved to Boston in October, but never before have I been treated so rudely by the employees when they lost my new $600 coat AND broke two buttons on my blouse and refused to even acknowledge it. Instead they had the nerve to say it was MY fault for not covering the buttons in foil and said that I had already picked up the coat the day before! Stay away! Neither quality nor service can be found here! – I've been a customer here for several months and chose it because of the assurance of "three generations of quality & service". I was willing to pay the high prices if they would really take care of my clothes. In reality, they should be underpriced based on what they offer.
