Go here if you want your nice stuff to disappear. 10x calling to the VP, 5x going to the store, nope, nobody cared. And how come the stuff that's lost is the most expensive things I own. This is a big impersonal company with a huge laundry factory, I suspect people are stealing stuff from there. And they are full of it, on top of it, everyone says "too bad, I just work here, sorry"

NEVER GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER!!!! – NEVER GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER!!! These guys ruined a $650 dollar sports coat of mine that was one month old. After nine months of trying to get reimbursed with receipts, faxes, and numerous phone calls they offered me $200 dollars to "make this go away." Very very bad people - stay away!

great for quick and high quality dry cleaning – I took my dry cleaning to the store (though they do pick and deliver). The work was excellent and the customer service wowed me .. very friendly and did a great job answering my questions. And the turn around was quick. I highly recommend for dry cleaning in Boston.
