My husband introduced me to Ayman's shop on vacation. We purchased a handcrafted pendant of silver, coral and lapis lazuli. We selected a braided silver chain. Two days later, goaded on by romanticism, we noticed the braided chain had a kink, and upon further inspection, it fell apart! I contacted Ayman, and in true gentlemanly fashion, he agreed to exchange the braided chain. Perfection in customer service I have not seen in many years in Sydney!
