I had a very disappointing experience with Francesca and feel obligated to share this so others can be cautious. Francesca promised to help me with my legal case and requested payment to represent me. After receiving the money, the only action she took was filing a Notice of Appearance in the case. Beyond that, she failed to properly respond to critical documents after I received the summons and other filings. Hired in April if 2023 F. Sarmiento was given a $2500 retainer within 5 hrs of our meeting. I met with her once and she was approx. 1 hr late. Seemingly on the ball I proceeded with her. She was provided FBI background and write up for my Immigration PD. I would spend 1 yr waiting for it to be filed.
