Today I went to this service center, and unfortunately they were not able to repair my generator. In fact, the lady there didn’t even bother to take a look at the generator or ask the technician if it would be possible to simply replace one bolt, even though I knew exactly what the issue was. I asked to speak with the manager, but she told me the manager was not there. When I insisted on speaking with the manager, she became irritated and reacted in an unfriendly way. This happened today at 11:55 AM on 07/21/2025.

I took my lawn mower in July 2 Needed a bolt for my front wheel and the auto pull cable. I was told their mechanics quit on them but since my job was very simple they could do the work and be completed by Monday. I told them I was leaving towñ for 10 days on the 12th Today July 7 I went in to pick up. My mower. The counter lady and the man who made his promise of today was very rude.
