Took my riding mower in because my belt I replaced kept rubbing and falling off. Rented trailer and dropped off mower and paid $120 for it and "tighten pulley". First time I went to run it, it completely seized up. Called Sarlo and a guy answered apologized and said we can grab it and take a look. Pickup/Delivery was going to be taken care of. Aways Great Service and timely repair turnaround times especially for our business Tropical Green Lawn Services. We highly recommend them for your next mower, or equipment service.
Big problem with this store. The guy Mark is cranky and in a bad mood early in the morning. All of their prices are much higher than other stores. For 2-stroke oils, string, and much more. This place is ripping off people left and right. I do not trust them making repairs on my equipment. I'd like to see Tony outside in the parking lot.
