I took my lawn mower in July 2 Needed a bolt for my front wheel and the auto pull cable. I was told their mechanics quit on them but since my job was very simple they could do the work and be completed by Monday. Great service and very knowledgeable on lawn care products with a great selection
They always have everything I need. The shop is always busy, Summer time you may have to wait a little bit until they can get to it, but they are willing to help to get the parts right away if you want to DYI and need it quicker than their turn around time. Always up front and honest on what needs to be done. They've never tried to upsell on parts I didn't need. I'll always go back! #1 in my book!
I recently had an issue with my weed trimmer that required a repair. I called the shop and explained the issue and was told to just bring it in and drop it off and they would get to it in a day or two. I took it in and once they saw the issue they immediately fixed it on the spot. I couldn’t have been more happy!!!! Very friendly and extremely reasonable!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍✊
