NOT customer service friendly! The day before they sent out messages for their members to enjoy buy 1, get 1 free. I ordered lunch and the app stated it would come off, but it did not. I took screenshots to have my member offer adjusted at pick up and was told because the system was "too busy" they are no longer honoring their promo. Their membership is a JOKE! If you are a member, you should cancel your membership and find somewhere else to take your money!
I visited today and I ordered chicken teriyaki and fried rice. Honestly, I don't get the complaints here. I had a very pleasant experience today. The food was flavorful and delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was as good as I remember it. The cashier was very kind (I can't remember his name). I highly recommend it!
