Great food that was quickly prepared and decently priced. The customer service was nice as well.
This place gets worse as the time goes on. Food is less tasty, they cook the chicken on char from previous orders, and they don't even send you with extra sauce for the 1lb of rice that will practically kill you cause it's so sticky.
The food was delicious, but the experience with the cashier was terrible. He was very arrogant and treated me badly for asking him to add sauce to another person's plate at the same time, and also for asking for a loyalty card. That person shouldn't be working as a cashier.
As usual, this Sarku provides delicious food at at great value. It was around $13 for a heaping plate of rice, chicken, and shrimp in a delectable sauce that rides the balance between sweet and savory. I don't live in the Fairfax area anymore, but when I am in the area, I make it a point to detour here for what is always a great meal at a fair price.
