Customer service is horrible. Came here for lunch and got a chicken teriyaki plate with no veggies and shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura was cold, not even room temp, but cold and they don’t add any teriyaki sauce to your plate. It’s so dry. I asked for extra sauce and the guy basically ignored me twice so I just took my food and left. My girlfriend went back up to ask for the sauce and they look at her like she was dumb and to make her look dumb they gave her the sauce on a plate, when there was a bowl right beside the pla... read more
Only giving this place 4 stars because its a nightmare to get too being in a mall and the food wasn’t as well prepared as the location in Freeport. Still tasted good.
