Disappointed in the service. Was excited to get a tempura shrimp roll and she put it in the system wrong. When we told her it was the wrong one, no apology, and an attitude from the kitchen staff. They started talking in Spanish about how we need to pay more for it. I no longer trusted them to safely make my food. Asked for a refund and will not be returning.
Terrible customer service ended with getting my order wrong and the employees having a attitude.
Came here for a late lunch. My spouse and I each got a sushi roll. The sushi was decent - flavor was nice, though clearly some of the ingredients weren't as fresh as I'd have liked. E.g., the tuna and salmon were both pretty pale, and the avocado had brown spots on it in places. The cost offset that though, as for two people for lunch it was $25 including drinks and tax. I used to like this place. However, the quality of the food has gone down. Previously if you asked for extra chicken (I'm paing for it) for your meal it was noticeable, however, my meal today not so much. Also, previously I could ask for only cabbage for the veggies and they would do so, however, not today; you can only get the mixture of cabbage, broccoli, and carrots.
