Just paid for rice and chicken with extra chicken and they did not put extra chicken. I think it's because they are cheap or maybe because they took from the pile running out of chicken.
Gave us cold chicken Teriyaki. When I requested the person to give me the hot portion, there was a very rude response to the point of asking me to take my money back. In exchange I told him I have come here for food. Then he reheated the chicken again which made it super dry. Had hard dry teriyaki.. very rude service response.
The atmosphere was dim with bad lighting. I remember Sarku would be bright with the smell of good food. I decided to walk away and not order because the staff has changed drastically. Sarku in Quakerbridge has lost its lust. I won't come back. I think the business was sold to people who don't have the Japan flare.
Had two sushi rolls. It was all rice. Sliver of fish. Just horrible.
No idea why bad reviews. The chicken terrakyi is very good, the sauce is very good as is the fried rice and noodles. It used be cheaper like $8-$9 now it’s $10.09 which is still fair. $2 more for extra chicken
