7:30 pm and sarku japan employees ignorant as hell. they let these people in-front of me go and order but wasn't an issue but when i go to order suddenly they're closed and they won't let me order just a 6 piece dumplings. no apologies or anything rude undertone just "we're closed. these are our last customers" they close at 8 pm i don't understand how they let these big people in-front of me order but god forbid i want six dumplings. this place is a joke.
Yesterday was extremely hot muggy heat , I'd Needed Ice for my water and ask this restaurant for a cup of Ice they gave me small cup , but I needed more for my water ! They gave me another big cup of Ice ! God bless these people, hopefully I can try their food next time !
This spot is slept on. I know mall food is ehhh for most, but in my opinion this spot has the best chicken teriyaki around. Try it
Would go lower if I could. Garbage food and garbage portions. Don’t waste your time.
Be careful if you have a shellfish allergy as the same utensils are used to cook both shrimp and other meat options. Also cooked on the same grill very close together. Huge risk of cross contamination.
