This is the most enjoyable and highest-quality Sakura Japan I’ve ever visited, both in terms of food and service. I live near Westfield and go there often, and sometimes I’m left unsatisfied—but when I come here, the portions seem much heartier, more filling, and more appetizing. This Sakura Japan is the best in the Bay Area.

I am extremely disappointed to report that the service at this location has not improved despite multiple complaints to corporate. I visited on Feb 18, 2026, around 7:00 PM, and faced the same ongoing issues: no condiment cups for Sriracha and a hostile staff. When I asked for Sriracha, a worker was incredibly rude, shouting "No, no, you only get one," while the manager stood by and refused to offer any assistance or packets. Elder was giving samples of Chicken teriyaki and it was delicious We ordered # 7. It's not on the menu but comes with , beef, chicken teriyaki and shrimp, we choose white rice and chowmein with mixed vegetables. Everything is cook when you order so Imagine how fresh and delicious this meal was! Highly recommend
Great food and If they only have small cups for the Sriracha sauce that would be great because everyone is forced to put the sauce in the tray.
