First off the guys cooking need to actually focus on the proper portion of protein to put in orders. They are very nonchalant about cooking the food and plating it correctly. I ordered a chicken teriyaki and paid for extra chicken. They gave me the normal amount of chicken and a bunch of white rice. The veggies were barely cooked. They were raw and flavorless. Giving Sarku Japan a solid 5/5. I’ve been going to the Solomon pond mall since I was a kid. All through middle and high school and every time I’ve gone to the mall as an adult. I’m 37 now and I’ve never been disappointed. They’ve always been simple and delicious. Also, consistent. Just got a gift from them and felt it was only right if I give them the credit they deserve.
I have been eating here for years and NEVER had a bad experience OR a bad plate of food. While i recognize no resturant is 100% and may have an off day because they're human, as far as me and my family's experience, they get an A+ from me because I've ALWAYS had a positive experience.
