Got the shrimp bento box, the steak was hard and the flavor was just awful. Compared to other sarku Japan’s this one by far is the worse. The only good thing was the two pieces of shrimp tempura .
Good spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The teriyaki plates are fresh, flavorful, and made to order, which makes a big difference. Portions are generous and it’s a solid option when you want something filling without waiting too long. It’s also convenient that they’re available on Uber Eats, so you can order online and have it delivered at home when you don’t feel like going out. Overall a reliable and easy choice.
I only go to this mall because of Sarku. This place is so dead, but that means there's no line in the food court. RIP Solomon Pond Mall
This is not the first time!! It has happened before, a few times, but I let it slide! I got 2 chicken teriyakis and one shrimp for my family. I asked and paid for extra chicken and when I got home and opened the packages , there was no chicken and only extra rice! This is unacceptable!!! And if you read the other reviews, it is a common occurrence that they keep doing! This place is a scam!!! All they want to do is just take our money!Not happy at all!!! I will avoid going here from now on. Shame on you!
