I ordered chicken AND shrimp with fried rice. When I got the order it was shrimp only. I showed the receipt to the cashier who wanted to argue with me and GET LOUD.in front of others. She did NOT want resolve the issue. By this time my food was cold. Additionally she did NOT offer the punch card to us. Additionally there was soldier who brought his meal back because he asked for steak instead of chicken. She did not question him she just took him at his word.
