I ordered 2 meals. The people that bought after me were given their chicken, everyone passed me in line. Till the chicken was gone. My beef sat there for 15 plus minutes. While the chicken was being cooked. Girl with black gasses . Black hair in a bun. Just nasty. Even the cook made her throw out my rice because it sat there so long. Thanks for the cold nasty food.

There is a new kid working there and I think he is one of the best people in the entire food court! Very kind and professional....he shared with me that Sarku has new branch owners and changed the way they are doing things, for example they now make fresh sauce in house. He is always smiling, offering add ons and reminds me about my punch card every visit. I have worked customer service 13years and I am very often not given the service I am trained to give others....this kid have me a lot of hope and makes my lunch breaks be... read more
