The food is always good. Service is good unless you eat a meal while at the mall, hang puta couple hours, then go back to purchase a dinner for a family member who is at your home. Then the Spanish cook will demand to see your receipt because he assumes you are stealing a second helping. Food and the rest of Customer Service are pleasant though. I stopped eating the food after that incident, but I still purchase when my family wants their food.

The food was honestly terrible. The lady at the register was super nice and I did get $5 off when I downloaded the app however, the chicken was the only edible thing on the plate. The rice was stale, the peas were hard as rocks because they were still uncooked. The rice had no taste at all which was very disappointing. The “lo mein” was just some soba noodles throw down on the cooktop and splashed with about a half cup of water and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Absolutely nothing else! Made an uber order with a drink and not only did the driver take longer than expected but i didnt get the drink i payed for :/ i never got a refund for it nor any reimbursement from sarku itself and im upset
