I love this place fresh food cooked before you
I found the tip of a ball-point pen in my food after breaking my tooth on it. It took 3 months to get communication back from management. They initially gave me an incorrect number to call. I followed up and they gave me a second number that didn’t work. I went back in and threatened to sue, at which point they finally started to contact me. I was told to get me tooth fixed and they could then see how much I could be reimbursed. Why would I come out of pocket? Should they not be asking for quotes, rather than a paid bill? De... read more
