Chicken teriyaki was mushy and tasteless. I was unable to eat it due to the poor quality. Very disappointing considering it's what they are supposed to be known for. Didn't have any of the drinks I ordered either and just replaced it with water without consent. Update: I contacted their customer support as requested and had a very poor experience. Absolutely my most favorite territory chicken and fried rice I've ever had in my whole life. Highly recommend!!!!!!
